How does it work?
- List your item by filling out our short seller form and upload as many photos as you want
- We check that your item meets our quality and brand standards and list it on our site. We will email you when your item is live on our website.
- When your item sells we will send you our eco-friendly mailer bag and a prepaid shipping label so you can send it to the buyer without any hassle. All you have to do is drop the package at your nearest parcel shop which you can find here.
- We ask the buyer to notify us within 72 hours of receiving your item if there is something they are not happy with. Please note that we don’t accept returns or exchanges, we only ask them to flag any potential faults or flaws.
- If the buyer is happy with the item we will email you to let you know that the sale has gone through. We will transfer your payout at the end of the month in which the sale has taken place.
What happens if the buyer isn’t happy with my item
We give the buyer 72 hours from when they receive your item to let us know if there’s something they’re not happy with. If they report any flaws or faults we will cancel the purchase and arrange for the item to be sent back to you at the seller’s cost.
What can I sell?
Brand Guide - We focus on womens and mens contemporary fashion and accept a mix of mid-priced and designer brands (the original retail price point should be around £80-800). Some examples of brands that we like are Acne, Ganni, Rixo, Reformation, Joseph, Isabel Marant, Stella McCartner. We do accept the occasional luxury item (but nothing that needs authentication) and high-street collaborations.
Item Condition - We are committed to selling only the highest quality pre-owned items. This means that we only accept items with insignificant signs of wear. No damage or alterations, no pilling or holes, no stains or smells. If you are unsure whether your items meet our quality standards you can get in touch with us and we’ll try to answer any questions you might have.
How do you price items?
We ask you to price your item when you list it with us. If you don’t have a preferred price you can leave it to us to suggest a price for your item.
The buyer has 72 hours from when they receive the item to notify us if something is unsatisfactory. Provided we don’t hear from the buyer you will receive your payout at the end of the month in which the sale has taken place. You can always opt for site credit instead of a cash payout. Site credit gets paid out with an extra 15%. For example, if you’re payout is £100, we can offer you £115 to spend on our site instead.
What happens if my item doesn’t sell?
We let items stay listed on our site for a maximum of 6 months after which we will delist your item. During 2021, we launched a partnership with Olio to create a route for surplus clothing.Olio is traditionally a food sharing app that wanted to trial clothing as a new category and through the partnership we can ensure excess clothing is shared and not thrown away. If you would be interested in donating your unsold clothing via Olio then get in touch and we can send you a free mailer bag.
When do I receive my payouts?
We process payouts to sellers on a calendar month basis and you will receive your payout at the beginning of the following month in which the sale took place.
How much can I earn?
For our sell-at-home service (which is currently the only way to sell with us) our fee is 35% of the resale price and you get to keep 65%.
For our concierge service (which is currently paused because of the Covid risk) we charge 40% of the resale price and you get to keep 60%.

How does buying from you work?
When you buy an item with a “buy direct” banner on our website you are buying it directly from the seller. We give you 72 hours from when you receive the item to let us know if there’s something you’re not happy with (any flaws or faults). In the event that you find any faults or defects we will help arrange for the item to be sent back to the seller and refund you the money.
When you buy an item without a buy direct banner you buy it directly from us which means each item has been inspected for faults. We don’t offer any refunds or exchanges.
We don’t accept returns but you can either exchange the item or you are welcome to relist any item that you no longer wish to keep.
You can find our size conversion chart here. To make searching for products easier we have converted all sizes to S, M, L etc. You can always find the original size of each product in its product description.
